Description BCSI barcode scanner
This BCSI barcode scanner is an intrinsically safe device for EX-zones 0/1/2 gas and EX-zones 20/21/22 for dust, also it is IP 67 protected. It has CCD imaging technology with an innovatige design, it captures all known 1D barcodes and the new style 2D barcodes in a future orientated manner. Because of it's IP67 and EX protection you can use this device in chemnical / petrochemical zones, as well as pharmaceutical production plants.
BSCI Barcode scanner is available in 2 different varieties, as radio or a cable scanner, with data transmission via Bluetooth / RS232 / RS422 and it has an intrinsically safe interface.Every successful scan is confirmed with a palpable vibration, in order to be able to work safely in high-volume production areas. Power supply in the Ex area is provided via the Ex-Mod base station, or alternatively via an integrated battery pack.
